LITTLE ROADWAY FARM BOOKING TERMS
By making a booking with us, this constitutes as an agreement of the following Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions are subject to change.
Bookings
There will be a contract between you and Little Roadway Farm Ltd if:
You book on-line and receive a confirmation email and have agreed to the terms and conditions.
- If you receive written confirmation from us.
- When you book over the telephone and payment is taken.
- The person making the booking becomes the lead party member and accepts liability for all party members. The lead party member must be over the age of 18.
Online bookings can be made anytime online at www.littleroadway.co.uk.
We only take bookings online, except our storage. Bookings will be confirmed by email, showing order details, the amount taken and the payment date.
By providing your email address you agree to receiving your confirmation from us via email.
All persons staying at the Little Roadway Farm Campsite must be listed on the booking form. Any persons not listed are not permitted on the site.
We do not take large groups of 4+ adults onsite or under 18’s without a parent or guardian. If we see large groups of 4+ forming we have the right to refuse entry or not issue keys on arrival and you will be asked to leave with immediate effect.
Prices on our website are live and subject to change. Please note: all bookings are at the discretion of the management, and we have the right to cancel any bookings that we feel breach our terms and conditions.
General Conditions.
Pre-booked pitches are available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
We regret that we will not be able to accommodate early arrivals during busy times. Customers waiting to book in may use the facilities on-site from 1pm on day of arrival, subject to availability.
We do not take large groups of adults (maximum 4 adults without children) onsite or under 18’s without a parent or guardian. If we see large groups of 4+ forming we have the right to refuse entry or not issue keys on arrival and you will be asked to leave with immediate effect.
On arrival, please book in at Reception
Each non-electric and electric pitch includes 1 Camping Unit, 1 Car, 2 People. ( either 2 adults or 1 adult and 2 children or 1 adult and 1 child) If you require any extra items, cars or people with your pitch people, these must be booked as extras. Please see the extras tab when booking and select your extra requirements. Each child and dog must be booked separately
We offer bell tents. We do not allow dogs in our bell tents. Our bell tents come fully furnished and accommodate 2 adults and 3 children in our tent. We accept no responsibility for any damage to personal items whilst staying in the bell tents. We do not provide, electric, fridges or cool boxes, but we can refreeze ice packs on site, the tents are pitched in their own area and stay there for the season, they cannot be moved.
Keys to your holiday accommodation may be obtained after 2pm on day of arrival and should be handed in by 10am on day of departure, by which time your accommodation should be vacated. We regret that we will not be able to allow early occupation of bell tents, glamping pods and static caravans. On arrival, please register at Reception.
Bookings cannot be accepted for more people to be accommodated than the number for which is stipulated on the bookings form. Please see booking form for further details at www.littleroadway.co.uk. We allow 1 car per unit or pitch. Any extra persons, items or cars must be booked as extras. These can be found on the booking form so you can easily select your requirements at the time of booking or call to add at a later date (subject to availability).
We, respectfully, request that you leave your accommodation or pitch in the condition that you found it. Breakages, damage to property or missing items will be charged to you. We reserve the right to charge for damage or breakages. If units are left in a satisfactory condition future bookings will be at the management’s discretion.
Only the persons named on the booking form will be entitled to occupy the booked accommodation. Any persons found in accommodation without prior consent will be asked to leave the premises with immediate effect.
The management reserve the right to refuse accommodation, or to terminate the booking without compensation, in the case of any person or persons causing a disturbance of the peace. We also reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking for any other reason the management sees fit.
Electric Hook-up Supply is 240 volts – 10 amps (approx. 2 kilowatt) and connectors must comply with British Safety Standards. The Management does not accept any responsibility for any damage or accident arising from the use of unsuitable electrical equipment or from over loading with equipment over 10 Amps (2 kilowatt).
Little Roadway Farm Campsite accepts no liability for injury to persons, or loss, left or damage to their property, however caused.
We politely request that guests are considerate to other people using the site and that high sided vehicles do not block other guest views from their accommodation, or obstruct other guests or staff in any way. If this is brought to our attention, we reserve the right to request that the vehicle is moved to a suitable on-site parking space.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific pitch or unit. We will endeavour to honour customer’s requests, but will not be held responsible if the pitch or unit allocated is not the one requested.
If a unit or pitch becomes unavailable for any reason, we will transfer your booking at no extra cost to another acceptable unit/pitch or alternatively a total refund may be offered with no extra claim against us.
Customer Service
In the event of any complaints or disappointment with any matters within our control, please report this to us during your stay as soon as possible, so that we can do our best rectify any problems or issues at the time.
Any claims made outside of your booking period that we have not been made aware of will not incur any liability on our part.
If you felt the reported matter was not dealt with to your satisfaction during your stay and wish to contact us, please do so within 7 days of returning home. Please write for the attention of The Manager.
We respond to all written correspondence once received within 28 days of receipt. If you do not hear from us, please call us on 01271 870313.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome in pet friendly accommodation/pitches. All dogs must be kept on leads, you are responsible for your animals and please remember to pick up after them.
Please be aware we have small children playing on-site and other animals on the land. We politely ask that all dog owners are considerate of where you exercise and toilet your dog/s. If dog stools are not picked up they get caught up in long grass and are not visible making it easy for guests to walk in. Dog stools also get caught up in the lawn mower which causes problems when mowing.
We do allow other pets on site, such as birds and cats, along as they are kept in your own enclosure. We do not allow pets in our 5-metre bell tents, glamping pods or static caravans or any other accommodation on site.
REFUNDS:
Being such a small family fun business, unfortunately we can not offer refunds under any circumstances that are not our fault, ie, illness in your family, car breaking down, damaged tent, bad weather conditions etc, however that doesn’t mean you will lose your booking.
We will happily amend your booking dates for you, to be used within a year of original booking (subject to availability).
If we are affected by a lock down at the time of your booking, you will be entitled to a refund minus your 30% deposit, more details can be fond on our Corona Virus page.
