LITTLE ROADWAY FARM FAQS & SITE RULES
We look forward to welcoming you to our friendly family-run farm campsite.
Can I book just one night or do I have to book from Saturday to Saturday?
You can book any night/s that you require, at any time, it does not have to be from Saturday to Saturday, the only exception is the bell tents, pods and the static caravans, which have a minimum of 2 nights per booking.
Do you offer refunds?
If you have any problems please contact us anytime and we will try and accommodate you, however, we do not offer refunds on any booking.
What time can I arrive?
Bookings for non-electric pitches are welcome to arrive anytime, but electric pitches, bell tents, pods or static caravans will be available from 2pm. All pitches to be vacated by 12pm on the departure date. If you would like to re-book please do so by 11am.
How big are the pitches?
Electric hook up pitches are approximately 30 foot by any length that you require, non-electric pitches are the size of your tent, caravan, motorhome or campervan and yes you can park next to your tent.
What are the pitches like onsite?
We are a family run farm, proud of the standard of our pitches. We keep the grounds well cut and maintained to a high standard. Wet weather can make the ground soft on occasion, which is out of our control. We are very proud of our location surrounded by stunning coastal and countryside views and always try to maintain the grounds to a high standard.
Are all facilities open throughout the season?
Toilet and wash facilities are open all year round. Take away and shop is open in high season and for events and special bookings.
Do you allow dogs on site?
Yes, we do, all dogs must be kept on leads, you are responsible for your animals and please remember to pick up after them. We do not allow dogs in our 5m bell tents, glamping pods or static caravan.
Do you allow other animals on site?
We do allow other pets on site, such as birds and cats, along as they are kept in your own enclosure. We do not allow pets in our 5-metre bell tents, glamping pods or static caravans or any other accommodation on site.
Do you allow under 18’s on site?
Yes, but we do not accept single sex groups or under 18’s without a parent or guardian.
Do you take groups?
We welcome family groups (parents with children from 0-15) we do not take large groups, only 4 adults in an adult only group, no under 18’s without a parent or guardian. If we see groups forming we have the right to refuse entry or not issue keys on arrival and you will be asked to leave with immediate effect.
Can I pitch the tent with my friends?
We will do our best to get you pitched with your friends and family, this is easier if you both have the same choice of pitch, for example, if you all book electric hook up, or you all book non-electric, but we cannot guarantee it.
How far away is Little Roadway Farm from Woolacombe beach and village?
We are just three-quarters of a mile from Woolacombe Bay beach and village, which you can walk to via the footpath on either side of the campsite or direct route straight down the road. Please note we locate above the beach so it isn’t a flat walk, and the footpaths do have livestock on them and aren’t suitable for pushchairs.
