- Groups by arrangement only. All groups must pay a £200 cash on arrival security bond (a group consist of 5 adults plus) which will be returned on departure , as long as all rules are adhered to.
- Speed limit on site 5mph.
- No open fires.
- All dogs on leads, you are responsible for your pets, please clean up after them.
- No groups under 18
- Your pitch must be kept clean and tidy at all times, all rubbish to be put in marked bins.
- Please keep noise to a minimum through the day and no noise will be tolerated after 11pm.
- We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property on site.
- Your booking tag must be displayed at the front of your tent, motorhome, caravan.
- All pitches to be vacated by 12pm on departure date, if you would like to re-book please do so by 11am.

Children must be supervised by an adult when in the games room, toilets and showers
For the enjoyment of all guests on site, please obey the site rules. We reserve the right to ask
uncooperative guests to vacate the site without refund.
